A letter from the Doctor:
A healthy way of life starts with complete understanding of what true “health” is. Our bodies are born possessing an innate quality of health. We are meant to be healthy! We must understand this to in order to preserve and empower ourselves for the best life possible. This is acquired through education and a dedication to living a healthy lifestyle. Eating right, moving right, and thinking right. Stress on our bodies comes can be attributed to the three T’s. Thoughts, Traumas, and Toxins. How we view ourselves and think on a daily basis. The physical tasks and challenges we put our bodies through on a daily basis. And finally the nutrition, or lack thereof, in which we feed our bodies to properly regenerate and give us energy throughout the day. Every day you are either getting stronger or getting weaker. There truly is no middle ground or stalemate in life. You are either building health or breaking it down. Understanding these principles help people to live the healthy lives they deserve and dream of. These may seem like simple principles and THEY ARE!
Chiropractic found me as I was intent on becoming part of the medical profession and had started my medical school journey. The further along my path I got, the more and more I learned and understood health; the more I was drawn to prevention and natural health care. The thought that proactive > reactive. I wanted to do more than be a part of “sick care,” which to me, was focusing on treating and chasing symptoms. I chose to be a part of “health care,” which is empowering and educating patients on the meaning of health and helping them live healthier and happier lives through focusing on natural proactive means.
Throughout the years I have been blessed with the opportunity of helping thousands of people positively change their lives. I can honestly say there is nothing more gratifying that making a positive impact on another’s life through service. Chiropractic has positively changed my and my family’s lives… I look forward to helping you are yours. Schedule your appointment today.
